The rules for characters are as follows:
--You must make sure no one is already that character.
-- One character per account.
--Your avatar and signature must have something to do with the character.
--You must not change any of the information so you have a different boyfriend/girlfriend or a different blood status. Unless of course you made up a character or the information is not available.

For the made up characters I expect a very detailed form.
